Where do I go from here?
No where but up I guess
Life is a never ending struggle to better yourself
it is a day to day test of your wits and true strength
Strength is a very powerful feeling
Strength is a sense of accomplishment
Strength is achieving a goal or overcoming a hardship
To have true strength you have to have a balance between the emotional, physical, and mental aspects of it
Strength is followed closely by weakness
Weakness is the learning experience behind finding your true strength
To experience weakness is to get stronger within yourself
Weakness helps you realize, the strength you have to get through things in life
The reason I am speaking about strength, is because I’ve finally realized my strength potential
The power to move on
The strength to move through any hardship or obstacle
The strength to accomplish more than I ever thought possible

Very informative blog entry about strength. The best way to increase strength is to lift heavy weights. Reps in the range of 2-5 should being used 75 % of the workouts. Lifts such as deadlifts, squats, and bench press are the most common exercises to increase strength. There are a lot of variations of these lifts that should be definitely used in order to increase strength.
